Gameplay Rules

Mandatory Parental Consent

By registering, both the participant and their legal guardian agree to the following terms: Every participant must have a signed parental/guardian approval form submitted prior to the event. This signature confirms permission for the minor to participate in the full three-day tournament structure.

Media and Interview Release

Parents/guardians must provide specific approval for participants to be interviewed or filmed for "Highlight Moments." These clips are used to celebrate the community and showcase tactical skill, and participation in media is subject to guardian consent.

Liability for Damages

Participants are expected to treat all equipment and the venue with respect. Any damage caused to the venue or provided hardware by a participant must be fully reimbursed by the parent/guardian within three (3) months of the event date.

Punctuality and Forfeiture

To maintain a fast-paced tournament flow, players must be present at their assigned station at the scheduled match time. Failure to appear on time will result in an immediate forfeit loss for that round.

Spectator Etiquette

We encourage players to support their friends and teammates to build a loud, energetic atmosphere. However, all comments must remain respectful; any form of harassment, "inappropriate" behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

Emergency Medical Care

In the event of a medical emergency, event organizers reserve the right to transport the participant to the nearest hospital. All associated medical and transport costs will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to be reimbursed to the organizers.

Disqualification and Transport

If a participant is disqualified for a breach of rules or code of conduct, they will be sent home immediately via an Uber organized by the event staff. The cost of this transport must be reimbursed by the parent/guardian within three (3) months.

Equipment Responsibility

Participants are required to bring their own controllers. The event organizers are not responsible for any personal equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the tournament.

Reimbursement Surcharge

Please note that all reimbursed charges (including equipment damage, emergency transport, or disqualification Ubers) will incur an additional 15% administrative fee to be paid to the event organizers at the time of settlement.

Sportsmanship and Fun

Sportsmanship and Fun

Beyond the competition, this event is a celebration of the sports we love and the community we are building together. While the trophies and prizes are the goal, true greatness is defined by those who compete with integrity, lift up their teammates, and respect their rivals both on and off the screen. Let's make every match a highlight, not just for the skill displayed, but for the spirit and sportsmanship that make this game worth playing.
